Discussion on Raw Materials & Their Testing & Liquor-making

Liquor-making raw materials cover sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, corn and wheat and barley. Liquor produced by different raw materials has different quality. Besides, different raw materials has different technical demands in the production. Most famous liquor products are produced by sorghum. The testing of liquor-making raw materials is the prerequisite to improving liquor quality and ensuring liquor safety. In this paper, the necessity of the establishment of liquor-making raw materials base to advance the development of liquor-making industry was discussed. (Tran. by YUE Yang)
