Study on ectopic pregnancy risk factors

Objective To analyze the changes of 20 years in the incidence of ectopic pregnancy,the incidence of ectopic pregnancy in 2010 survey related factors,with a view to indirectly reflect the incidence of hospital-owned areas,and provide effective preventive measures.Methods Maternal and child health hospital of Yanbian in 1990 and 2010,ectopic pregnancy and childbirth,pregnancy,gynecological hospital admissions,analysis of changes in the incidence of ectopic pregnancy;finishing in 2010 261 cases of ectopic pregnancy clinical data,to investigate the factors related.Results The incidence of ectopic pregnancy in 1990 was 0.41%,4.82% in 2010,its incidence has significantly different (P0.01).Relevant factors,history of uterine surgery,history of pelvic inflammatory disease,history of cesarean section,pelvic surgery,previous history of ectopic pregnancy and other related strong.Conclusion The increased incidence of ectopic pregnancy,causing a variety of factors related to the causes and to strengthen women's sexual health education,healthy lifestyle,contraception guidance and timely treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease,the medical staff to reduce the cesarean section rate enhance the concept of such aseptic reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy.
