Research Progress in Perovskite-Structure Solid Electrolyte Materials

Perovskite-structure solid electrolyte materials are studied and used widely because of their superior ionic conductivities.The research progress in solid electrolytes used for SOFC is reviewed in this article.The research of representative oxide-ion conductor,proton conductor,lithium ion conductor perovskite type solid electrolytes and the main preparation of the solid electrolytes used for intermediate-low temperature SOFC by wet chemical methods are summarized.
