Synthesis of Novel Pyrimidine Derivatives Containing Indazole

A key medicine intermediate,N-(2′-chloropyrimidin-4′-yl)-N,1-dimethyl-1H-indazol-6-amine(5),was prepared by N-methylation,catalytic reduction,nucleophilic-substitution and alkylation from 6-nitro-1H-indazole.Twelve novel N-(2′-substituted pyrimidin-4′-yl)-N,1-dimethyl-1H-indazol-6-amines were synthesized by nucleophilic substitution of 5 with aryl amine.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR and EI-MS.
