摘要
Objective To explore the detailed features of microsurgical anatomic structures in carvernous sinus region and emphasize the clinical relevance of these observations. Methods The CS regions were dissected and observed using microscope with micro-operative techniques in 30 specimens from 15 formalin-fixed cadaveric heads. Results Lateral and superior walls of CS were entered with combination of intradural and extradural approaches.Wall of the CS: The lateromedial trigone,Parkinson trigone,Mullan trigone,Lateral trigone,Glasscock trigone and kawase trigone were in the lateral wall and surrounding. The inferolateral trigone and in feromedial trigone were in the posterior wall. Conclusion The trigones of the CS could provide safe approaches for direct expose the CS with some important nerves and arteries protected. The medial and Parkinson trigones were more often used clinically.
