Study to Rapid Replacement Device for First Rope of Multi Rope Friction Hoist

The paper describes that rapid replacing first rope of multi rope friction hoist can be achieved by automatic replacement device for first rope. The device is designed for five-rope friction hoist, which can be used for other multi rope hoist after a little alteration.
