The Research of Hydrothermal Synthesis and Luminescence of Rare Earths Doped Fluorides

In this paper,rare earth ions(Eu3+、Ce3+、Tb3+) doped corn-like YF3 have been successfully synthesized via simple hydrothermal process,at 140℃ by 12h without any assistant agent.The structure and morphology of the obtained products were characterized by XRD,SEM and photoluminescence.The X-ray diffraction analysis revealed the obtained products were pure phase YF3,and the SEM showed that the products are microcorn-like self-assembled by nanoparticles.PL proved that the main peak of different rare earth ions(Eu3+、Ce3+、Tb3+) doped YF3 was different from each other.
