Techno-Economic Analysis of Catalytic Transfer Hydrogenation and Direct Hydrogenation Processes for the Production of Jet Fuels from Waste Cooking Oil

The aim of the thesis consist on the process simulation and techno-economic analysis of two processes to produce Jet fuel from a renewable waste cooking oil feedstock: Hydroprocessed Renewable (HRJ) from the UOP/ENI EconingTM technology, which have been recently commercialized, and Catalytic Transfer Hydrogenation(CTH), in stage of research.
