摘要
This paper presents a temperature measurement system based on fluorescence intensity ratio of erbium-doped fiber. A novel compact system architecture consisted of 980nm pumping laser, 980/1550nm wavelength division multiplexer (WDM), one way Erbium doped fiber was developed. The system performance was verified by the relationship between temperature and the fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR)of 1450nm and 1531nm, with test temperature ranges from 30°C to 210°C. Obvious temperature dependence of FIR was observed, which proves the feasibility of this compact temperature measurement architecture.
