Objective: This comprehensive review delves into the multifaceted impact of Theraband training with blood flow restriction (BFR) on vascular adaptations in women. With a focus on synthesizing current knowledge, the objective is to elucidate the physiological mechanisms, explore clinical applications, and outline potential benefits of this innovative exercise paradigm within the female demographic. Methods: Employing a systematic approach, a thorough review of pertinent literature was conducted using databases such as PubMed, MEDLINE, and Cochrane Library.
