摘要
This investigation initiated by modelling the crystal structure of perovskite to explore the impact of different temperatures. Researchers modified the perovskite crystal structure and observed its response to temperature variations. The study involved assessing the efficiency and fill factor of perovskite solar cells, incorporating photovoltaic structures without specifying the electron transport layer material. The primary goal of this initiative is to provide power to buildings using environmentally acceptable components in perovskite solar cells. The promising efficiency and cost-effectiveness of manufacturing make perovskite solar cells an intriguing option for generating clean and sustainable energy.
