Determination of Trace Elements in Muscle of Mariculture Fishes

The content of 7 kinds of trace elements in muscle of mariculture fishes in Zhanjiang sea area was determined by AAS.The results showed that muscle of mariculture fish contained of abundant trace elements of K,Na,Mg,Ca,Zn,Fe.The results suggested that it was beneficial to health for eating mariculture fish which might to satisfy the needs of trace elements for human.
