Probing into Several Problems of Pledge of Negotiable Instrument

Our current commercial instrument law and guarantee law are relatively simple in regulating the conduct so they need to be perfected.In writer's opinion,pledge of negotiable instrument isn't an act on commercial instrument.Under some conditions,pledge of bill may be suitable to legal system of innocent acquisition;bill of pledge may transfer pledge upon pledge upon place of acceptance.
