Research on Interaction Effect of Seedling Tray and Substrate in Tobacco Seedlings

With the comparison of seedling raising style between substrate seedling tray loaded with seedling substrate and ordinary tray loaded with sand,the optimal combination of seedling raising style and new method of improving seedling raising quality was obtained.The results showed that the seedling raised with substrate seedling tray loaded with seedling substrate had certain superiorities on tobacco seedling growth,operation of temporaryplanting,tray loss and root development.However,the new style was lacking in water retention and substrate thickness.So heighten the substrate seedling tray,decrease the number and diameter of tray bottom could strengthen the water retention capacity.
