The study on mechanochemistry synthesis of BaTiO3 precursor using the mixture of BaO and TiO3 by high energy ball milling method has been carried out,and the sintering features of BaTiO3 precursor also have been experimented. The experiment results indicate that, with the ball-milling,both particles of BaO and TiO2 powder become smaller rapidly, consequently, the crystalline structures of components take place significant changes. After ball-milled 30h,the BaTiO3 is observed in XRD patterns, and after ball-milled 50h,significant diffraction peaks of BaTiO3 are observed.mechanochemically activated BaTiO3 precursor can been sintered into dense BaTiO3 ceramics with performance crystalline structures, and its volume density and pore rate is 95% of theory value and 4.95% respectively, and the transverse strength is up to 500MPa
