摘要
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy and standard channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy in the treatment of kidney stones. Methods 82 patients recurrently diagnosed with kidney stones were randomly divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.Control group were treated with standard channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy, and the observation group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy. Then clinical efficacy of each group was observed. Results The operative time of observation group was longer than that of the control group and the operative blood loss was less than that of the control group, with significant difference(P0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in calculi clearance rate, calculi residual rate and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions(P0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy and standard channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy are both the effective therapeutics for kidney stones. They all have high stone clearance rate, while standard channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy has the advantage of shorter operative time, minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy has the less operative blood loss. The two methods both can be widely used in clinic.
