Research on Liquid Culture of Lentinus edodes

Through researching on liquid culture of Lentinus edodes,the technic process,the culturing medium and the amount of inoculation are determined.It shows some good characters on good dispersedness,fast germination,strong mycelium and the same mycelial age.The difficulties that include long germinating period and high rate of contamination in solid culture of Lentinus edodes can be solved very well.
