Indonesia has wealth multiform diversity, one is Dioscoreaceae tubers that expected potentially decrease the blood cholesterol dan fix lipid profile balance. Tubers believed to have some bioactive compound such as food fibers, water-soluble polysaccharides and diosgenin capable of having functional effect to decrease cholesterol and balance blood lipid profile.
