[Objective]To optimize the technical parameters of polyphenols and ferrous ion chelating of Pinus sylvestris L. barks. [Method]Water system synthesis was used to establish chelation technique for polyphenols and ferrous ion,and response surface analysis was applied to optimize the synthesis of ferrous polyphenols,ring chelates with high yield chelating rate was obtained and the structure was analyzed. [Result]The optimum condition of chelation was pH 6. 8,chelating mass ratio 3. 1∶1,chelating temperature 43. 6 ℃,under this condition,the chelation rate of ferrous polyphenols was(39. 16 ± 0. 89)%. The Uv-vis analysis result showed that Pinus sylvestris L. barks polyphenols were chelated with the ferrous ion,this changed the structure of pine polyphenols,the features of products performance for the chelate structure.[Conclusion]The study can improve the pine polyphenols and ferrous ion biological titer.
