摘要
Over the past 20 years, it is evident that automation is being used in all labor-intensive industries. Sorting is crucial in today's technologically advanced world, particularly in the packaging sectors, in order to speed up the production process. Industrial automation is primarily concerned with creating systems that are as user-friendly as possible while also being low cost, low maintenance, and long lasting. The production and packaging of the many colored products is done by hand in several industries. The manual approach requires more labor and manpower, and it is more difficult to locate young individuals who are dedicated to the type of sorting job. The project's major goal is to save time and labor, which will ultimately increase its effectiveness. This system separates products based on their colour and pick and place the products with two axis pick and place and this process is demonstrated with the real time working model using Phoenix PLC Stater Kit.
