Energy decay for a swelling porous-elastic system with general viscoelastic damping

This paper investigates the swelling porous-elastic system with viscoelastic damping on the equation for the displacement of the fluid and (or) the equation for the elastic solid material. We show the decay of the energy without the control of the derivatives of the relax functions by some functionals of themselves, which were always assumed in the previous studies.
