摘要
A 4kb macro of OTP memory was developed as a physical unclonable function (PUF) and embedded into the Goalkeeper platform for identity authentication in AIoT systems. The OTP-generated PUF uses a unique CMOS architecture to generate encrypted codes, offering fast programming, wide memory windows, and excellent data retention over 1000 hours at 150°C. Additionally, it exhibits perfect distribution of Hamming distance, and narrow distribution of Hamming weight. This work demonstrate a feasibility of the encryption on a flash and the concept can also be applied to various applications such as MCU, SSD for security purposes. Fig. 1 shows the Goalkeeper architecture, demonstrating its potential in safeguarding AIoT data centers.
