This chapter examines and assesses various web strategies created in relation to early twenty‐first‐century feminist exhibitions ( Wack! , Global Feminisms , elles , Shifting the Gaze , and Modern Women ), and argues for the importance of stand‐alone or dedicated websites that document the artists, artworks, and exhibitions under consideration rather than museum inclusive websites as the optimal vehicle for maximizing presence and ensuring readily available documentation during and after an exhibition's run.
