摘要
With the development of Energy Internet, the increasing number of renewable energy resources (RESs) are integrated into the existing energy systems. Besides, as the traditional consumers are gradually transforming into prosumers, the active users have the potential ability of participating in the regulation of energy. To take a better advantage of the RESs and mitigate the stochasticity and intermittence brought by the renewable power generation, we make an analysis of multiple sorts of RESs from the aspect of their operation characteristics and regulative potential. In addition, in order to ensure the operation safety of the distribution network, we provide several suggestions on the formulation of distribution network, which are appropriately to be applied to diverse typical scenes. Compared with traditional strategy, we consider the exploration of demand side resources and the characterization system combining the demand side with generation side. In this paper, the multiple uncertainty of the distribution safety is analyzed, which provides the basis for the safety of distribution network operation and reliability index representation system. Finally, according to different characteristic types of loads and the situation of fundamental facilities, different approaches of the integration of loads are analyzed, and the support ability of collaborative optimization with demand side resource is analyzed as well.
