Pharmaceutical Pricing and Reimbursement Policies in Finland and Its Implication

OBJECTIVE:To provide references for pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement in our country.METHOD:We summarized the regulation policies on pricing,reimbursement and the demanders of drugs.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS:Under current drug pricing and reimbursement system,China should draw experiences from Finland such as by enforcing submitting pharmacoeconomics evidence,implementing the reference pricing system and setting different series of reimbursement categories.
