Compaction Control and Detection of Urban Road Subgrade

The compaction degree and stability of subgrade are key to guarantee the stability of subgrade. The compaction of urban road subgrade is very difficult because of the dense underground facilities and obstacles. The principles of compaction machineries selection are presented combining the new criteria. Besides the control and detection of compaction, problems existing in subgrade compaction are given.
