摘要
Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of breast cancer treated by modified radical mastectomy. Methods 80 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group used traditional radical surgery, while observation group used modified radical mastectomy. Results The incidence of complications in observation group was 10.0%,significantly lower than the control group(25.0%),P0.05,the survival rate 1 year after treatment of two groups were respectively 95.0% and 97.5%,the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The modified radical mastectomy is feasible for Phase I and Ⅱ breast cancer, with a good appearance after surgery, fewer complications,no significant difference in survival rate, and it improved quality of life.
