Prediction program of pipeline girth welding performance

Welding in pipeline construction is a critical step.For that mechanical performances of welding consumes and weld are predicted validly before welding process qualification,prediction program of pipeline girth welding Performance is developed in which an improved momentum back-propagation neural network model is applied in this paper,and this program have been integrated in the expert system software for pipeline welding process design.Prediction results is satisfied with pipeline welding process qualification requirement via testing,and this program will provide usefull direction for pipeline welding.
