Suburbanization: A Review of the Literature

The main controversial questions about the suburbanization are the definition of suburbs suburbanization,the dynamic mechanism of suburbanization,and the differences between Chinese and foreign suburbanization.This paper reviews the related points of domestic and foreign scholars on the suburbs,suburbanization,the dynamic mechanism of suburbanization,and the differences between Chinese and foreign suburbanization.Thus,they provided supporting for the further develop of theoretical studies and the process of suburbanization in China.
