QiFei: Assisting to Improve Cognitive Abilities for Autism Children Using a Mobile APP

In this paper, we develop an exquisite APP named QiFei to assist cognitive training process of autism children. A transferred machine learning model is trained to classify a group of 367 categories of special cards that are used in the training process of an autism children rehabilitation center, and further embedded in the APP to formulate interactive games and evaluation of cognitive training. The classification model can achieve an accuracy of 91.15% with average delay of 90 ms. Our APP is expected as an efficient and friendly asset for teachers and parents during the rehabilitation process, and will be put in use in the near future.
