Synthesis, Investigation and Gas Sensitivity of Zinc Stannate Layers

摘要
Zinc stannate is a widely popular semiconductor compound. Due to the high mobility of electrons, high electronic conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, zinc stannate has found application in such areas as: gas sensors, catalysis, solar cells, lithium batteries. In this work, zinc stannate crystallohydrate structures were synthesized at different synthesis temperatures with further annealing to form zinc stannate. Investigation of obtained structures was carried put via X-Ray diffraction analysis and acid-base indicators adsorption method. The gas sensitivity of the obtained systems was also investigated.
