Cyclopalladation of a ferrocene acylphosphine and the reactivity of the C–H activated products

The synthesis and orthopalladation of the first tertiary ferrocene acylphosphine, FcC(O)PPh₂, are reported along with the results of extensive reactivity studies with the palladated compounds and the detailed structural characterisation of the products.
