摘要
Ocular graft versus host disease (GvHD) is an immunological complication of allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT), which may lead to vision threatening conditions as corneal ulcers and perforations [1]. Although therapeutic options in patients with end-stage ocular disease range from intensive topical and systemic treatment, amniotic membrane, conjunctival or mucosal flaps to keratoplasty, often corneal scaring cannot be prevented. In most severe cases keratoprosthesis is the only option for visual rehabilitation [1], [2]. We present a case with osteo-odonto-keratoprosthesis (OOKP) as the last treatment option for bilateral corneal blindness and 6 months follow up in a patient with severe ocular GvHD.
