摘要
This paper suggests a robust tension control method based on a disturbance observer for the roll to roll winding equipment. In roll to roll system, maintaining the constant tension is quite important for guaranteeing the quality of web material such as film and polymer. But the system is continuously changed by an external disturbance such as changes in the radius of the film during the winding process. Thus, the disturbance observer is proposed to overcome this problem. Disturbance observer is a useful algorithm to obtain information of disturbance occurred to dynamic systems. Also, to reject the noise signal of the sensor, the vibration controller and the observer-based sensor signal processing such as adaptive filter, radius estimator are proposed. Finally, the conventional tension control system and the proposed robust tension control system are compared.
