Electrodynamic shaker skeleton optimization based on border shape analysis

摘要
To obtain ideal shape of electrodynamic shaker skeleton, a border shape analysis-based electrodynamic shaker skeleton optimization approach was introduced in the paper. The shape of the skeleton of electrodynamic shaker was optimized to meet the requirements of the simulative math model of the first-order inherent frequency. The final analysis result demonstrated this approach was a feasible and efficient one, which avoided the distortion of mesh resulted from great structural changes. The optimized electrodynamic shaker not only improved maximum frequency of the shaker but also decreased some incorrect effects cased by the additional weight of the evaluated shaker.
