Energy‐autonomous wearable sensors are important for continuous motion monitoring and intelligent evaluation in national fitness systems. In this work, a multi‐network PKAZx hydrogel‐based triboelectric nanogenerator (P‐TENG) is developed as a self‐powered sensing platform for human motion detection. The novelty of this work lies in using the PKAZx hydrogel directly as a flexible ionic conductive electrode in an FEP/PET contact‐separation TENG without additional metal coating. The hydrogel integrates covalent crosslinking, hydrogen bonding, and Zn 2+ ‐mediated coordination, providing structural stability, interfacial compliance, and ionic conduction for repeated mechanical operation. The optimized P‐TENG delivers an open‐circuit voltage ( V OC ) of 23.5 V, a short‐circuit current ( I SC ) of 5.38 μA, and a transferred charge ( Q SC ) of 19.8 nC under the tested conditions. The device exhibits reproducible output under different excitation frequencies, applied forces, hydrogel thicknesses, humidity levels, and prolonged cyclic operation. When integrated into wearable configurations, it enables self‐powered monitoring of joint bending angles and motion intensity during walking, running, and jumping. This study provides a flexible hydrogel‐electrode strategy for national fitness motion monitoring and intelligent evaluation applications.
