Research on Movable Flat Tops and Fixed Flat Tops

This study is focused on the experiment of decreasing movable flat tops, While increasing fixed flat tops in the China made FA212 carding machines in accordance with the developmental trend of carding machines of home and abroad. It is found that spinning quality will be greatly improved if movable flat tops are decreased to 21 in number, fixed flat tops are increased to 17,two web cleaners are added to the post stationary flat tops and one web cleaner to the front, while the total number of flat tops remain basically unchanged.
