Effect of Heat Treatment on Structure and Hardness of Spinning States 2000 MPa Grade Maraging Steel

The different systems of heat treatment experiments for 2000 grade maraging steel,such as solid solution and aging and so on were carried out.At the same time,the microhardness was tested and the microstructure was analyzed.The results show that:with the solution temperature increasing from 700 ℃ to 850 ℃,the microhardness decreases sharply,as the temperature continues to rise,little change in microhardness.Microstructure fully austenitic after 830 ℃×15 min solid solution.Under the conditions of solution at 830 ℃,with the extends of holding time to 90 min,the microhardness maintains at 320-325 HV.The peak aging temperature is 480 ℃.
