1. Supernumerary teeth were observed in a health male whose age was 20.2. In the upper jaw, two of them were impacted and situated symmetrically at the premolar regions, and one was also impacted behind the 3 rd molar in the left side.In the lower jaw at the left premolar region, there developed two supernumerary teeth : one was merged and the other was impacted.3. As to the forms of these teeth, the upper ones were conical and the lower were almost of normal form.This phenomenon considers with the one in the hitherto descriptions.4. As to the anatomical form of the crown, the lower supernumerary premolar resembled the normal tooth at the opposite side in respects of the lenght of th cuspid-ridge and the disto-lingual angle.
