Cathode material LiFePO4/C was synthesized by carbothermic method with simulated FeCl3etching waste as iron source. The structure, morphology and electrochemical performance were investigated by XRD,SEM and charge and discharge tests. The effects of synthesis temperature, time, lithium source and carbon source on electrochemical performances of LiFePO4/C were discussed. The results show that the product prepared at 650℃for 6hby carbothermic method with LiOH·H2O as lithium source and glucose as carbon source exhibits good electrochemical performance.
