Application of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer synthesis technology in 30 m~3 polymerizers

The industrial production of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer in 30 m3 polymerizers was summarized.This technology adopted continuous feeding,discharging pumps,negative pressure stripping,and improved antiscaling technologies and safety devices.The application results showed that this process could run smoothly and safely,utilities of plants were higher,and vinyl acetates were distributed in obtained products uniformly.
