This paper analyzes on the challenges and opportunities faced by the aerospace industry, expounds the superiorities and unfavorable factors of Shanxi Province to develop the aerospace industry, puts forward the suggestion of constructing Shanxi into our country's aerospace industrial base and constructing Taiyuan into the aerospace city, and probes into the main contents of and measures for the construction of Shanxi Aerospace Industrial Base.
