[Objective]To study the effects of comprehensive intervention on hypertensive patients.[Methods]A total of 196 hypertensive patients in Banjiehe community were divided into test group and control group randomly from July 2009 to June 2010.94 Patients of control group were given anti-hypertensive drugs treatment and comprehensive intervention were used in 102 cases.Blood pressure control effects were observed during operation.[Results]From drug therapy compliance,comprehensive intervention group as directed by a physician medication rate was 94.12%,52.13% in the control group(P0.01) ,the intervention group was higher than the control group,before intervention(P0.05) .From high blood pressure knowledge and life behavior,there were no statistical differences two groups(P0.01) and before and after comprehensive intervention(P0.01) .About High blood pressure risk factors awareness,effective control weight,low salt a diet low in fat,limit alcohol or not drinking,appropriate sport accuracy,before intervention is more higher than after that,intervention group more than control group,were statistically significant differences,and the control group is no statistically significant difference between before and after.In blood pressure control,before and after comprehensive,compared with the control group intervention group blood pressure control effect was obvious in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure control,and had a statistically significant difference.[Conclusion]Communities comprehensive intervention has a certain effect on hypertensive patients.
