Imidacloprid is a very important insecticide in the control of Sogatella furcifera(Horv6th)and S. striatellus(Fallen). The preventing and controlling effect of the mixture of imidacloprid with 6 commonly used agrochemicals on these two kinds of planthopper was studied,and the result indicated that each processing had different degree efficiency or superimposition preventing and controlling effect,the amount of imidacloprid could be reduced by 25%~50%. The most remarkable efficiency was obtained when Imidacloprid mixed with monosultap or disinfestation.
