Effects of remifentanil or ketamine combine with propofol on

Objective To observe the effects of remifentanil or ketamine combine with propofol on pediatric general anesthesia.Methods Analyzed the clinical effects and safety of the remifentanil combine with propofol(Observation group,n=20)or ketamine combine with propofol(Control group,n=20) for 40 cases' pediatric general anesthesia in our hospital.Results The HR,MAP and recovery time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P0.05).There were no significant differences in SpO_2 complication rate between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Compared with ketamine combine with propofol,the remifentanil combine with propofol for pediatric general anesthesia is efficacy,less recovery time,hemodynamic stability.It is worthy to be popularized.
