Progress in diagnosis and treatment of C3 glomerulopathy

C3 glomerulopathy(C3G)is a recently discovered glomerulonephritis leaded by the excessive activation of complement alternative pathway.This paper reviews the development,definition,pathogenesis,classification and the characteristics of each type,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment progress of C3 glomerulopathy.In addition that,the future diagnosis and treatment of C3 glomerulopathy are prospected.
