The Vitro-study of nm23-H1 Gene on Chemo-sensitivity of Oral Cancer Cell Lines

Objective To transfect nm23\|H1 into the Tca8113 cell lines and try to find out whether nm23\|H1 could affect the chemo\|sensitivity of Tca8113 cell lines. Methods Use liposome to transfect nm23\|H1 into Tca8113 cell lines and observe the change of chemo\|sensitivity by MTT. Results The chemo\|sensitivity of transfected Tca8113 cell line to cis\|platinum(DDP) was increased significantly. Conclusion nm23\|H1 can increased chemo\|sensitivity of DDP significantly.
