摘要
AgNPs/g-C 3 N 4 /PVA hydrogel has been prepared by cyclic freeze-thaw method. E. coli was used as the model microbe and full-thickness wound defect models in mice were established to assess the antimicrobial activity of the hydrogel in vitro and in vivo .
