Preoperative MRI Segmentation of Paraspinal Muscles Is Associated with Intraoperative Findings of Traumatic Brachial Plexus Injury

Volumetric segmentation and quantitative evaluation of paraspinal muscles on preoperative MRI scans of patients with traumatic brachial plexus injury accurately distinguished between various severity levels of spinal root injuries, and these results were associated with intraoperative findings.
