Promotion of nitrite and nitrate conversion into ammonia by improving *H utilization via the construction of dual active centers

A specially designed NO 2 RR/NO 3 RR electrocatalyst assembled using a pulsed laser irradiation strategy is proposed, whose dual active sites perform their respective functions to promote the generation and utilization of *H in neutral electrolytes.
